Clearing the engine logs in the ECU

Hello,

in the Diagnosis Software is the possibilty to interrogate some logs like Engine Temp, Oil Pressure etc.
But I didn't found a menu point to clear / reset these logs. Did I overlook something ?

It is under the drop down menu, there you can clear logs, adaptives and service interval.

Mhh.. in my version there is 'Reset adaptive maps', 'Reset service interval' and 'Reset Fault Codes'. But no menu for clearing the logs.
The version of my software is 1.72. Maybe there's a newer one ?

Ahh I see what you mean, haven't tried to clear them before. I'll have a look into it.

At present, i did a work around and changed the Dallas DS1230 to a new one. My programmer can't read/write the Dallas Chip for clearing the used one.

I have got a feeling that it would not be possible in order to keep traceability of the data, but there is always a way!
