hi could any one help me i have a tuscan speed six mk1 the camshaft is worn on the exhaust valve side also the same shim is worn does this mean an engine out job or possible to do the job without taking engine out does anyone know roughly how much this would cost and where to get the job done cheapest place thanks for your time please need your help

I think you have to take the engine out to replace the cams, TVR power aren't that far away from you (coventry)and they seem to be the recommended option when it comes to speed six engine upgrades but there are others why not phone about and get some prices. Good luck let us know how you get on as I'm sure the info would be usefull to others.

I just had the complete head and cams replaced without taking the engine out (replaced with fff head).

Good news, who did it? was it Racing Green? could you give us a rough idea on costs?

It was done at tuning centre tilburg in holland: www.tuningcentretilburg.nl
Labourcosts were about 3.000 euros.
