hesitates / pulls at 3500??
Discussion
Just had a Lambda replaced which solved one problem, but now have another (several in fact) first off I'm getting Warning EFI message every few minutes and the car now pulls/hesitates on part throttle at around 3500 rpm. Runs fine on full throttle and not showing any other warning signs. I'm currently touring in France, so any constructive remarks / ideas would be welcome

Coil pack or HT leads failing/failed/loose connection (at either end). Mine did this when the HT leads were on their way out. Could also simulate the fault from tick over by blipping the throttle and the engine would stutter not rev smooth. Could it be something to do with the new lamba sensor also?Cheers

Any progress on this? Check the ignition system - HT lead coil pack etc, a tie wrap on each manifold should give you a clue, the one thats misfiring wont melt it Then try swapping leads, plugs etc to find the problem.
After that, worn throttle bodies and / or throttle pots could cause the same issue, do you have a high end misfire at hard throttle, say around 5500 rpm? Another indicator...
