Called in at TVR Power on Thursday as I had some time to kill and wanted to thank Dom for his advice when I was looking for a car in April.

I bought a Tam, which I love to bits other than her not wanting to idle when cold and being a bit temperamental starting when hot.

Dom was happy to chat about the car (despite being busy) and I mentioned the idle issue. He said 'I know what that is, bring it in as soon as you can and we'll sort it.'

Long story short, I took her in the following day, and I now have a Tam which starts and idles with no throttle when cold, and fires up first turn when hot. Something not earthed properly apparently. Cheers Dom! :-)

I know a few people have had similar issues. Definitely worth giving him a call.

I had hot start issue and Dom did the lamba earth mod , its still not perfect but he can have another go when its back for service , he really is a top bloke .
I see your at collingtree , play there a couple of time s a year as my next door neighbour has a membership deal and sometime they are short for a four . He did say some one had a TVR but he has no idea about cars . I am in Kettering if you fancy talking Tamora anytime , do you ever get to TVRCC at Sywell .

Hi Dale, give me a shout next time you are at CP. Haven't got up to Sywell yet, must make a point of it soon.
