Inlet manifold/throttle bodies

Hi,

Can someone tell me what sealing compound to use between the throttle bodies and the cylinder head?

Blue Hylomar is the most common i believe...

I knew it was not silicone based and it was something that did not dry out completely.

How about the throttle bodies to the air box? On mine there is also a red sticky sealer, can anyone tell me what to use in this area?

There are o-rings on the throttle bodies for that , they are rather small and I've heard some have fitted larger ones.
