Very quiet in here
Discussion
This is always my first stop when looking through P.H as I find it the most interesting (excepting the occasional 'friendly banter') but nothing new for nearly a week!
Could this mean that all the S6 engines that were poorly built or with poor materials have now been re-built and we now have the reliability under the bonnet of a Nissan?

I dont believe that i think all the shouty people have run out of silly things to say
And you'd know that being a new member?Anyway, I was just thinking exactly the same about how quiet it is in here. 4 years ago it was bonkers with endless tales of woe and "disgusted of Tunbridge Wells" type posts every 5 minutes.
It's because yes, the Speed 6 is now actually a reliable power plant [touches wood]. Virtually all posts are now to do with improving the performance rather than how to fix them in the first place which speaks volumes.
Well done to all those involved in getting the engine to where it is today. If only TVR had done more of it themselves, they'd likely still be here.

good luck, let us know how it goes. excuse the ignorance but where is the venue? fathers day and all that i may be allowed out!
Cheers. 9 TVR's competing, amongst the various rally specials, but unfortunately no spectators as it's on military testing ground near Brecon, and apparently live rounds being used in area this time! Gassing Station | Speed Six Engine | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
