Could anyone point me in the direction of some instructions on how to change the oil pressure relief spring? Pictures or just a description would be great!

Cheers!

You will find the spring bottom left of the engine(looking from behind car), in behind the oil hose, can only do when changing oil or will *iss out all over the place. Changed mine and showed and extra 5 on the gauge, but still no where near what lap top says. (which is normal!)

Thanks Grant - sounds like it may be easier to just get it changed at the next service!

Cheers,

Chris I posted on your other thread,
I'm sure having read the reply above that it is at the bottom right hand corner of your engine if you are facing the car looking at the windscreen. You will see two hoses going into the engine there one above the other. They are actually at the manifold side of the engine near the front. I'ts one of these you have to remove.............however I don't know if it's the top or the bottom one!! but were getting closer..scratchchin

George

If you follow the red line from top to bottom you will see where the hoses enter the engine , one of these has the spring....................I Think!!
