TVR Power cam cover - comments please
Discussion
Any one fitted a TVR Power cam cover and care to comment about it please, as I am considering one.
The benefits seem to be:
Gasket seal (hate that nasty black silicone)
Easily removable plug cover (mine is missing and have suffered poor running in rain)
Improved oiling (not sure how?)
Reduced top end noise (is that a good or bad thing?)
Nice and shiny (but its a Tuscan)
Cheers

Roger i think this is the raceproved cover they use in the pre oiler kit which i have fitted to my Tuscan i would suggest if you are going for the cam cover you go for the whole kit which builds up oil pressure in the system & sprays the cam/finger followers with oil via an electric pump before allowing the engine to start when the oil pump takes over.IMO good insurance for the top end of the engine cam cover & gasket work very well
