Plug disconnected in engine bay, what is it?

Hi I have a Cerbera speed six and was adjusting the throttle pots and saw this not connected, any ideas what it is for?

Don't worry - the donor loom is from a Vauxhall (or somesuch), and it's the stepper-motor plug for the idle control which is not used by the Sp6 engine.
