... for an original speed 6 clutch?
2003 car and just turned 40.5k. Very weird, drove home yesterday fine, into the garage, still fine. Come to reverse the car out today, nothing, nada, zilch. I guess this means its properly broken and not just worn, which also means the warranty should pay. Any thoughts?

Got 50k from mine, and then only had it changed as the engine was out.
Crikey, Lee. That sounds quite exceptional . Its intersting that the new OE replacement AP units being advertised by Racing Green reckon on an 18-20k lifespan . Out of interest, did you do (or perhaps, more precisely, did not do) anything special to prolong the life of your clutch, beyond the obvious things like not sitting at traffic lights with your foot on the pedal, or challenging the inevitable plethora of local chavsters that every region has?

Total repair £1150, of which Motorplan/RAC warranty paid £1k without issue or objection.
At £260 for the year, this is certainly a warranty worth having!
Sorry O/T....At £260 for the year, this is certainly a warranty worth having!
Interesting - I though all the warranties were a waste of money.
I assume your car is under 6 years old?
Would they cover rebuilds etc?
