When you say not working correctly, what do you mean?

Is the clutch dragging when the pedal is fully depressed?

You didn't forget the three starlock washers (pictured) between the assemblies did you?

Have you bled the system correctly.....it's very easy to let air into the lines you're not using a presure bleed.

No, didnt forget the 3 clips and have pressure bled the system aswell.
With the gearbox out and pumping the clutch pedal, I can see the slave cylinder moving in and out about an inch.
Just cant understand why the clutch is still dragging when all rebuilt.

Something to check.

I recently had a complete new clutch and slave. It was still dragging after 700 miles.

After a lot of investigation it was found that the slave piston was part of a faulty batch and was too long! This was causing the drag.

Cheers. Lee.

I have changed the slave cylinder the second time I had the clutch out and still the same. Hadnt heard about tweeking the springs though, that is something new to try.
