Replaced my rad with the uprated alloy one and it's still running at 115c well that's the max dips to 100c get the water sensor a lot.
Maybe got a airlock but as it's the same as old rad maybe not also replaced both sensors and stat.
If i remove the vent screw on the rad no water comes out but when i unscrew the blue cap water then flows from the rad easaly.
Just checking this is normal.
And i did bleed the rad with front end on jacks.
Thanks

Take the blue cap off (and leave off), fill to the top with water, run the engine till it starts warming up and put the cabin heater of full hot, loosen the plug on the top of the rad till water starts to come out and then nip it up, top up water level, when coming up to temp you should be able to feel a difference in temp between the two hoses on the rad due to the thermostat being closed, as it gets hot the temp should suddenly rise in one of the hoses, check at what temp it does this. If its 85-90+ you might want to replace the thermostat. When up to temp, fill the water tank to the top and loosen the rad plug again till water comes out. tighten plug, top up water to correct level and replace the cap and you should be good to go.

Just to make certain leave cap off all the time won't it boil over the top?

Yeah leave the cap off while bleeding the air out, it wont really boil over, it might/will push some out but it will be controlled and wont just blow it every where, meant to add once cooled check the level again.
