Hi all.

Obviously, I could ask TVR power directly, but it's Sunday and they're unlikely to be there - so I thought I'd ask the forum.

My T350 will be decatted in the near future and it's been mentioned to me (as a separate issue) that my car may be missing some ECU mapping info, so it makes sense to get it rolling roaded and tweaked as appropriate.

Anyone got any idea of how much rolling road time would be required and the likely cost?

Cheers,

Mark

Julian Lane has just finished the re-map on my Speed 6 & I can't praise him enough....lives and breathes TVR's. It made such a difference to the light throttle driving and found some extra HP top end but best of all corrected the 20HP drop mid range.

Julian is in Chesterfield and charged 500 inclusive of VAT, shop around you won't do better.

His contact details are 07871945217 [m] or 012346 455544 [ll]

Cheers,
Rob

Thanks for the info.

Chesterfield is quite a trek for me, whereas TVR Power is around 45 mins! Gives me a ballpark figure tho'...

For less £, Power also has optimised map to just plug in for a decatted S6, which is likely to be close to optimum if your engine is otherwise standard. smile

Excellent - that might be the way to go as the car is as you surmised, otherwise entirely standard.

Thanks for the tip - will speak to them this morning...

Mark - did you get a cost for this and have you had it done?
Matt (Sebring) has recommended me get an up to date re-map to help smooth my engine out a little - if you fancy a run up to compare and get them done at the same time let me know.
