Cerbera S6 ... Same Issues?

Hi all,
Just looking thro classifieds at Tuscans and Cerbs.
There seems to be a lot of talk of rebuilds in the Tuscan section,
but no mention of issues/rebuilds on Cerb ads.
Surely they are the same engines so this is just a
coincidence ... Right?

Had a 4.2 cerb few years back and a RR Tuscan.
How does the S6 cerb compare to the 4.2/4.5 V8s?
