Anyone heard of them.

Google throws up nothing obvious beyond bad sports gear.

Tuscan for sale at present that has allegedly had a full rebuild (top and bottom ends) by these people Feb 2008. Have asked seller for more info just waiting for him to get back to me. He also stated that they uprated the cylinder linings and piston rings. Any mileage in that claim, is that a plus point or of no importance?
