It may just be in my head but the car seems to have lost its "wow thats quick" factor.
Its had all new ignition parts, good service inc a replacement o2 sensor as one was shot, all this has made a difference to the idle but not any thing noticable while accelerating.

Maybe im now used to it, but today it would not even spin up in 2nd but that might just be because its hot and dry.

The car pulls very smooth, almost too smooth, in some ways it just seems to have lost that brutle feeling.

The only thing that i know needs doing is the throttle balance, would this make that much difference to the mid range & peak power output?

Once the throttles are done im planning on getting it on the dyno to see whats going on but any other suggestions?

This could well be due to the great weather, try again next time its cooler. From my experience all engines loose a bit of "sparkle" when its warm and sticky.

I have rebalanced the throttles and it does feel to pick up better now, I just took a work mate out for a spin (not quite literally) and he crapped him self, so i must just be getting used to it.
