Speed 6 Oil Filter

I cannot for the life of me find the oil filter on my 2000 Tuscan speed 6!

I'm sure this will be embarassing when I'm told where it is but if anyone can help me out!

Also, I've read that some early Tuscan models don't have the the oil drain plug on the bottom of the dry sump. I can't find one on mine, sounds strange that they wouldn't fit this, can anyone confirm?
