Speed 6 Cam Cover

Here you go, they do some fantastic ones http://www.trackvroad.co.uk/
Simon, Track V road are doing some fantastic finishes. There is one particular finish that looks absolutely stunning which they have on display. Its a black coating similar to that used on fine engineering instruments, such as Moore and Wright micrometers etc. They also do a range of flip colours, base colours, metalics etc. Give Richard Pogson a call and I'm sure he will discuss the options.

I got them from a local nut and bolts stockist.
There are 3 different types holding the plug cover and the cam cover down just took 1 off each with me as a pattern.

Neat, very neat and tidy,I have often wondered..... those two channels either end of the cam cover at the top...... were they originally put there for the HT leads.... 3 at the front, 3 at the rear.... if so a damn shame TVR never did properly sort it with a revised cover casting to close them off, requiring a simple neat rectangular insert panel front to rear.... I Think Power have addressed this quite well in one of their replacement cam covers, a link posted earlier.
Very nice that is tho Paul, you must be getting there at last....be nice to see you topping the sprints again?

Glad you like it Graham. Regarding Sprints, it's been a 'development year' so not running reliably 'til mid-year, but bagged a few wins, and set half-dozen TVR track records, thankfully not too tricky now it handles so well on & over limit Very nice that is tho Paul, you must be getting there at last....be nice to see you topping the sprints again?

Not sure if it is true but I have heard that the two lugs sticking up were originally drain channels and someone at good old TVR made a mistake on the head casting so they went up instead of down.

A possibility. Allan
Perhaps an ex-factory bod woud like to confirm/deny?
