Very mild flat spot
Discussion
Having recently had a 12k service, where before it was popping way to much [ due to faulty Lambda connections ] and now the engine is very smooth and sweet and much better on fuel!.
Now, when warm and going hard, at around 5000 there is a very mild flat spot, briefly, then pulls like a train again. Its not much, but mildly irritating.
Anyone got any ideas?
I have spoken to Andy at APM, who serviced it, he is a little perplexed, so all thoughts welcome.
It did not do this before the service, although the lower rev range was lumpy then. It has been de-catted.

You should possibly get her to a rolling road to actually "see" the spot..
The Torque on my Sagaris really takes off around 3250rpm and top out around 5000rpm (from memory) and reduce a little towards the high rpm's
I definately a flat spot below 3000rpm but it appears most Speed 6's are like that (atleast the other traces the RR guys had of Sagaris were similar) - They just aren`t low rpm torque-y engines..
