Remote Starter
Discussion
I will be buying my Tuscan next year and I have a Remote engine starter (ability to start engine from ouside car by remote key fob). I have read over and over on these threads that the engine is best started and left to warm up, either static or driven. I know Insurance companies hate them but...Your thoughts please?
It's best not to let the engine warm up by leaving it to idle, driving off as soon as possible seems to be the general rule of thumb that most peopl follow and swear by.
Personally I'd say those remote starters are fine for your average BMW, Porsche, etc but I'd rather have direct control over the Tuscan engine's startup procedure myself.
