Torque Settings for Cams

Just finished reseting tappets and had to lift the exhaust cam a liitle to change tappet on no 6.

Before I did I checked what all of the nuts were torqued up to and they ranged from 26 to 34 lbs.

From this I am going to re torque all down to 30 as this seems the average, but does any one know what they should be as per factory specification?.
