No ... not realy , but in germany you need a document with the test results of a emission test to registrate a car without a EU number.... thats the problem . if you have to make it onetime just for one car like this tuscan .... or an other car .... its an expensive "Special equipment" wink.

Hi !

I imported a Cerbera SP6 to Sweden two years ago without any problems. At that time i was told by the authorities here in Sweden that it should not be any problems to register a used car in any country within the EU if it is approved in one of the EU countries, Great Brittain in this case. I just had to show the Brittish registration, have a MOT done and everything was ok.
If you want to buy a car from the US or somewhere else outside the EU you have to show the emission test/approvals, noice measurements and other stuff on the car.

Check with your authorities again and tell them that the car is already approved in EU.

Good Luck

There is a guy called Konrad something over in the T350 forum - he recently imported and registered a T350 in Germany. Perhaps he can help - do a search for his posts or profile.

Yes thats right. I became the infos from konrad ..... 2 weeks ago. He is also a member of the tvr club in germany. But his test report is for a 3.6 ltr engine. I need it for a 4.0 ltr. Thats a problem for the german mot.

Is there anything on official docs which says your engine is a 4.0L? If its your average TVR then it won't be possible to tell from the engine number, so why not just pretend its a 3.6 angel

No official comment rolleyes.
But on the v5 document it´s a 4.o ltr. So it´s very difficult.

Maybe next week i find a cancellation .

If that don´t work i registrate the car in the name of a friend in london whistle
