Throttle pots, blue or grey, and how easy to change

What is the difference between the blue and grey throttle pots, which one is it for a speed six, they are both Here and both say speed six so I am a bit confused, my car is a 2001 with a 2003 head on it.

Oh and how easy are they to fit, I have the software and can get it to work if i need it.

Sagaris, Tuscan S are blue; thats all i know (oh and there shiny as well)
