TVR Warranty problems

Does any one out there have a copy of the TVR dealer warranty policy including wear and tear cover.
I purchased one of these policies from the TVR Centre in May 2006. My Tamora engine June 2003 - 3.6 litre - 28,780 miles, let go a few weeks ago but the underwriter (Auto Protect) are refusing any liability on the grounds that the supplying dealer went bust in November 2006.
Having paid £1,400 for my warranty you can imagine how I feel.
Unfortunately I am missing a physical policy to refer to it`s terms and conditions. So if any one can supply a copy of one I would be very grateful.
