Just bought book a about super cars, bacause it had 2 TVR's in it. bought it from bicester village only to find they've got it in Aldi for a whole £1 cheaper. Gutted
Anyway. The 2 TVR's were the Sagris & the The Tuscan 2. both with 4.0 speed 6 engines, Yet the Sagaris makes 400 bhp & Tuscan only 350bhp.
Anybody Know how, and can I do it my speed6?

from everything I read the speed six would produce an utterly random bhp figure from the factory anyway!
If you speak to TVR Power, Austec or any of the other well respected speed6 specialists they will point you in the right direction.
whatever you decide to go for its going to cost the equivalent of a rebuild £5-6k at best. seems most people here would opt for a bit of fine tuning/fettling when rebuild-time comes around as it needs doing anyway!
Apparently my car was "red rosed" on its last rebuild (380bhp?). To be honest I dont mind that much how powerful the engine is, 350 or 400, certainly not for my driving style/ability, its really ing fast when I put my put down and makes loads of cool noises. So im a happy bunny!
(so long as it doesnt go pop)
