I think that it is increasingly likely that people will start servicing cars themselves or get independents to as the cars get older and the number of dealers declines subject to whatever ultimately happens to TVR.

With companies like

www.racetechdirect.co.uk

now selling the filters and service items it is getting easier but I have not seen anyone selling the shims.

Other than contacting the dealer does anyone know of a direct supply. Otherwise I'm thinking of getting a bulk lot in various sizes made to sell at cost if there is the demand on here.

Answers / thoughts please.

the factory had loads of problems with them not being case hardened correctly, so maybe you should not use their supplier

On a serious note, I thought TVR Power/main dealers would have plenty in stock?

Clever Trevor supplies correct-spec shims, at lower or same price as dealers.
