i have no idea, so i thought i'd phone my local TVR guy. He should know. I called him up and the answer i got was way more conveluted than i expected. Here goes anyway.

1,3,5,6,4,2. Sounds pretty simple, but wait there's more.

Aparantly the speed six has a dual firing system. It fires on the exhaust stroke also, so saying that the firing order in that case is:

1&6, 3&4, 5&2.

Hope this makes sense to you, or someone else either explain better, correct, or elaborate further.

The 'dual firing' sounds like a wasted spark ignition system, which is quite common on modern cars.

So to be accurate the firing is;

1&6
3&4
5&2
6&1
4&3
2&5

1st column on compression, 2nd on exhaust.

Stating the obvious just in case, #1 is the one nearest to the pointy end.

1 5 3 6 2 4 is common in other Manufacturers straight 6's.

The reason being that no sequential cylinder firing is done in that sequence.
