oil pressure relief valve spring

Does anyone know where the oil pressure relief valve spring is on the speed six engine, and if this is changed will it boost tickover oil pressure? Is this an easy job to do? Thanks for any help

Not sure you should fiddle with things like that but hey what do i know!!

I thought the relief was to stop too much pressure..
