24k service and still going strong

Just had 24k service and still no problems (fingers crossed) dealer said engine is very sound, no re-build or no major work as yet. Back breaks changed and skimmed all round other than that, car is in fine form for the spring. So heres to a realiable one - they do exist.

I have a RV8 and even I can appreciate a positive SP6 thread.

Cheers, Its nice to hear these types of threads, potential buyers need to know all is not bad. I guess if you take the % of cars sold to cars going pop, im not sure it would be much different to that of Porche, BMWs etc etc

As a one time potential buyer, this kind of thread puts me off. I would expect an engine to last 100000 miles+ before a rebuild was required.
