Is TVR building a new speed 6 model?
Discussion
Yes, apparently a new model is about to be released called the Grantura, in keeping with the current trend for retro styling, allegedly based on the T350 platform but will pay more than lip service to the original car that bore its name, trim include chrome quarter bumpers and Mk1 Cortina style (band the bomb) rear lights.

Kind of. I reckon a toned down Sagaris
Possibly. You can't buy a t350S though (well you can, but they never did them officially).
One could argue why have the t350 and the Sagaris? Since the Saggy was toned down after prototyping it kind of addresses the same market as the t350.
If you get rid of the vents (which are now just an aesthetic design 'feature') then how does it differ from a t350? TVR are unlikely to continue 2 models with exactly the same chassis (which I believe they now are) and artificially make one better than the other (by running a narrower track, different geometry and dampers). So, how about a Saggy MKII Std, S and Convertible to replace the t350c, Tamora and Sagaris?
Again, I know nothing and this is third hand information. It always make the motorshow fun though

Convertible Sag/T350 has been mooted for some time now and some people claim they've seen a development car.
I've also heard rumours of this smoothed off Sagaris but couldn't work out what the difference between that and a T350 might be in terms of styling.
The British Motor Show takes place in July and the organisers were saying that they have several world debuts planned. Hopefully TVR will be one of those.

Reminds me of 2 yrs ago i was up at the factory sorting out my Tuscan we had a tour while they where tweaking, we saw the Tuscan 2 months before launch, its back end was sticking out
from under a cover, we asked for a preview, which was granted if we kept out "gobs shut lad" We didn`t have a camera, plus it would probably have been confiscated

We should get combine's wife to snap them as they leave the factory - she works right opposite it

At the factory you will find Sagaris molds, but no slats, and there have been two or 3 shells developed... Not too sure if this is the 'new' car, but this was at the latter part of last year.
