I'm in the process of having the powers 4.3 upgrade. Unfortunately my airbox is broken beyond repair. Has anybody got a spare one? Obviously I'm happy to pay. If not I'll probably go for the ACT carbon box. Thanks.
Might as well Powers to fit theirs and looks good http://www.powersperformance.co.uk/store/slug/perf...

Eeek! That's over a grand for a air box!http://www.powersperformance.co.uk/store/slug/perf...
Got the Airbox but must admit performancewise..... If whoever did it would have finished the inner part of the airbox in the nice glossy shine as the outer part it would be great. Inner side is rough surface and for that amount of price it should be finished in the same way as the outer......

You're in luck - that's the half I have spare....
I'll ask my garage to confirm it's not damaged - I replaced it with a carbon top half that came my way - no-one can see the bottom half so having that carbon is a bit of a luxury/waste :-)
You're a star! As with everything costs were spiralling (new clutch needed) and other expensive stuff, on top of the rebuild itself. If I can avoid shelling out another grand on top for a fancy air box then my wife may not divorce me after all!I'll ask my garage to confirm it's not damaged - I replaced it with a carbon top half that came my way - no-one can see the bottom half so having that carbon is a bit of a luxury/waste :-)

on the subject of airboxes; there are two 1" holes in the bottom half of mine ('02 Tamora) adjacent to the inlet. Anyone else? are they there for a reason?
In case of gross water ingestion - allows water to drop out rather then being inhaled by engine.....That's the theory any way!Nick

the position of the holes seems a bit random (typically TVR) that frustrates my OCD nature however I will now be confident driving through 8" deep water
