I'm slowly getting there with all the running and setup issues on my cerbera and the car is now driveable.
I'm getting a map reading of around 1080
No a fried tells me that he thinking ks this is too high and may be a symptom of a partly blocked exhaust?
But I've also read that on some tvrs it just reads atmosphere?

Guess it's a straight 6 engine - but your forum name suggests a V8 4.2??
On the Tuscan, the MAP sensor is fixed near the fuse box. The sensing is done via the rubber tube at the back of the airbox which leads through to the sensor unit. It does just sense atmospheric pressure to input to the ecu.
Yes 1080mb is very high....think you'd be bent over double at that pressure ;-).
