Due to a failing catalyst I was persuaded to try decats by a Chav who likes a lot of noise mechanic rolleyesblah TB.
Anybody else noticed a lack of torque afterwards? I only have a weedy 3.6 wink which used to pull really well from legal limit but now just makes a load more unpleasant noise and "gathers speed" rather than accelerating until over 4k where it then takes off and produces an epic sound right up the rev range.
Decat chip from Power would seem to be the simple fix, but I want to dial out a lot of the overfueling on the overrun and pretty sure this wouldn't help. Any advice or experience would be good.

This was my concern when I had my 4 litre decatted and at first I thought the power had changed but I think it was just my paranoid mind. I now think its the same just louder.I took my cats out to reduce under bonnet temps, not sure that's worked either, to be honest I prefer the sound of a std speed six exhaust note

Currently running decatted too (on a 4 litre), but did not notice any real difference apart from sound.

I have a de-catted Speed Six Cerbera and I would agree it isnt any faster but certainly ahuge increase in the\ pops and bangs. Engine bay temperature is reduce though. I might put the cats back in and get a sports rear boxscratchchin
