Hey guys,

A couple of years ago I bought a teflon (I think?) lined gear stick as part of a group buy on here. Unfortunately my Cerb was sold before it was fitted, so I'm going to put it up on the classifieds - this isn't a for sale thread but I can't find the original thread to see how much I paid for it (plus a bit of info to go with it!). Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Cheers!

Hi Dom,

They were £32.60 each plus postage. The fitting instructions are below.

it is straight forward to fit on a Tuscan.
• Remove two Philip screws from either side of the centre console near your knees
• Remove Philip screw from rear of console air vent
• Unscrew gear knob and undo locking nut plus sleeve
• Lift centre console and move to one side
• Undo Allen key on handbrake handle and remove
• Lift inner centre console out of handbrake and gear stick
• Unscrew four ( I had five) screws from gear knob garter
• Lift gear stick garter which has been glued in place
• Undo grub screw at base of gear stick and then unscrew gear stick ( I used mole wrench)
• Replace with Tuffnol gear stick and refit
