Alternative Part Number of Lambda for early Speed 6

trying to find the NTK part number for the early speed6 lambda sensor like this :

what is exactly the difference between the onces used in the AJP8 and the (early) S6 ?
there are a lot of second source products for ajp8 and later s6 but not for this particular one ?

The AJP & V8 cars use standard Land Rover units. The S6 specific ones are modified with high temp insulators inside as the standard ones can't handle the S6 heat. You can tell the difference as the S6 units have the rivets ground off and the outer case is spot welded back on.

I've had V8 units fitted by mistake (by an ex main dealer) to my car and they lasted about 3 months.
