oil change

Having drained the oil from the sump and oil tank is there a method for pouring in the new oil or is it just poured in through the oil tank filling hole

How much have you got out roughly?

Im doing mine at the moment and have drained the sump, tank (flushing the tank) and hoses. I beleive you can prime the oil gallerys before starting by disconnecting the oil gallery hose from the cooler and pouring directly in when raised.

Have you got Graham Varleys manual, it has lots of info on this.

thanks for info. I have emptied the sump and tank, looks about 10 litres. i do have the manual
