Unfortunately my car will have been off road for about 4 months before I can get back behind the wheel. In the 6 years I've had it the longest it hasn't been driven is 3 weeks and I'm convinced this has helped keep everything running smoothly.
Question is what areas should be checked over prior to use, I'm thinking seals here which have been mentioned on this forum before but which seals? Oil was changed the day before laying up but I'd probably be over cautious and change it again. Any other suggestions on what to check?

Where have you stored it? Was it covered? What are the tyres like? Was there a trickle charger... apart from that, it should be OK!

Unfortunately 'stored' at Surface & Design having a full respray. Brand new battery to be installed. I believe it has been moved around a bit between S&D and B&C trimmers up there so tyres shouldn't have had time to flat. Most concerned about mechanicals.

Exactly, what would you know about TVR's winktongue out Thanks for the reassurance as I'll have to drive it back from Blackpool to Essex soon.

By the way did you ever work in a bank in Lombard St about 10 years ago.

Read your profile and thought it might be you.
I used to work for Bloomberg and remember talking cage fighting when I came in once.
Long memory!
