Servicing - Water Cooled 911's/Boxsters

Hi All

My 996 reached 10 years this year so I didn't/couldn't extend the warranty. Service history is almost exclusively Belgard Porsche (all services except one), but am wondering if its really worth continuing on with them now that its out of warranty. I used to use Barry Whelan for my 944 pre the 911, but am not sure whether he works on the newer cars (not that mine is by any means new!).

So, I'm wondering where are all the rest of the Dublin/Irish 996's/997's/Boxsters are going for servicing? Any suggestions?

As far as I am aware Barry can do all work on newer porsches. Good guy to deal with 01 4537224

Thanks David. Gave Barry a call and am booked in for a service. He told me they are actually racing a 996 GT2 and have no problem working on the newer cars.

In case anyone else is looking for him, his old number isn't in use anymore and he is now on 0872 456 898.
