Family Volvo XC90 for sale .. What price region????

Hi all , the war office's car is up for sale , and I'm finding it difficult to gauge price wise.
It's a '04 D5 SE geartronic with 63K miles , full VSH , willow green , absolutely perfect nick.

I'm about to advertise it on the Internet at 52k euro , that's about average from what I can see .. We'd probably take a bit of a reduction on it.
