Check out the "restoration" tab on the above site..........WOW......would love to do that to an old Merc or Porsche.

Nice to see those kind on skills coming into Ireland.

And the photos taken up the road on Howth pier, must keep an eye out for that car.

Quite right and there`s a lot of evidence on the streets these days: last time I was over I spotted an older couple cruising in a mint Pagoda SL, a peach of a Karmann Ghia, a lovely usable stack headlight S class, nice early 911 and countless interesting older cars the salty air would have killed by now if they weren`t looked after. Bit disappointed the mk1 Capri and Plymouth Prowler have vanished from Raheny and Howth respectively though. Seem to be a lot of second/weekend/hobby cars hiding up peoples` drives too: chap across the road from my in-laws seems to have enough Alfa 155s for every day of the week, without using the same one twice!

The Prowler belongs to the Valet guy in Howth beside the Dart station. Drives the F150 instead (last time I spoke to him he still had it a few months ago, though hadn't seen it around).

I`m not surprised to be honest - an F150 will ride the less-than-smooth main drag out to Howth better than the wife`s 306, let alone a Prowler! Business must be good, they`ve always looked busy.
