Anyone change the heater flap Actuator on an Exige S2 with air-con ?
I know it's a clam of job but can it be done without re-gassing the air-con?
Appears my one is jammed on hot.

I don't think it's a regass job...mine is stuck in between hot and cold....just enough so if it's cold I don't get warm inside and if it's hot outside I don't get cold Grrrrrrrr!!

Not sure I want to do the job myself so am saving up!

A common problem is the connector comes loose at the dash panel (behind the swich). It's worth checking that first - seeing it's a wee bit easier to take the dash panel off than the clam etc. wink
