Thinking of selling the S1

Very briefly - I'm putting the beast up for sale (S1, T plate, red, upgraded head gasket, 80k) - wondering when the best time to sell is? I'm stalling for the summer but perhaps I should start listing it now? I know its impossible to be accurate without seeing/driving but what do you think it'll achieve?
