I think my gasket has gone (mayo in the coolant header tank and gradually falling coolant level). Does anyone have any recommendations/horror stories about places in Hampshire to get it tested and/or fixed properly?

I've spoken to Sportomotive and was quite surprised that they said the head does not need to be hardness tested because the latest gasket kits have a shim that negates the need. Does this sound right?

I had used Sportomotive when I had the Exige (sadly sold now) and they were brilliant. The guys really know their stuff and I hold them in high regard. Think quite a few PH'ers have used them

Sportmotive know thier spanners, they have been top of the game for many years and could probably do the job in thier sleep...

I talked to Sportomotive and was quite surprised that they said they do not consider a pressure test necessary. Currently looking at whether it's worth taking it up to DVA to get some head work done while it's off. driving
