Power to weight looks like this:-

m12Gto-3r 352bhp and 1050kg = 335bhp/t

S2 exige with supercharger will be 930kg ish so would need 315bhp to match the Noble Power to weight. Will blow up with that bhp...

S1 Exige is 780kg standard - honda adds circa 50kg with supercharger so 280bhp need to match the Noble. Could get a rover s2 wearing an s2 exige body with s/c honda for 850kgs

But that ignores the effect of gearing...... Ash's m400 had 527bhp giving an Enzo beating bhp/t..... but soon run out of gears.

A 275bhp S2 Exige is quick.

A 275bhp S1 Exige is super quick.

Depends on your definition of quick though.

I'm picking my 240bhp S2 Exige up next week. I'm a little apprehensive coming from a 400+bhp Cerb. Will it feel quick enough for me?? I'm hoping so, it'll be more capable on track, & should be more exploitable on the road . . . . I'm hoping!!!

Having said that, I've already spoken to Hangar111 about the upgrade to 280bhp!! It's £3k though, so I may have to wait!!!

The Exige feels quicker than it really is at times sitting so close to the floor etc. At the weekend I had a chance to compare it to my mates m3 CSL and at 120 leptons on a private road we were still side by side not bad for a 1.8 lol.obviously over that speed the m3 has the edge but how often will you be there, I think the Exige is quick where it matters. Enjoy!

Also ignores the effect of the driver's mass.

75kg across all of them makes little difference..... may need an extra 5bhp to match the Noble from the s1 exige s/c honda but as they come with 300bhp so it's academic anyway wink
