Front Clam removal

Hey people - i am sure this subject is here somewhere so would one of you kind people point to a thread on How to Remove the Elise S1 front clam ? (or a website)

I won't go into details - but needless to say that I need to remove it for repairs, and a step by step guide would be appreciated, especially by my wife who will be very hands on during the process as punishment !!
