Hi Guys

I've pranged my once perfect 111R!!!! Not too serious but I don't want it repaired by a cowboy. My insurance company recommended their body shop but when I drove the car there they didn't seem to know much about fibre glass cars at all!!!! I am turning to pistonheads in desperation. HELP! I live in the midlands does anyone know of or can recommend a top notch lotus repairer?

Welcome to PH wavey

Essex Autosport (formerly Sinclaire Motorsport) are a long way from you - Romford, Essex - but are highly recommended.

Specialised paintwork in reading did my Exige a couple of times. Whilst not cheap they were excellent. HTH

Wasn't a big crunch - a chelsea tractor backed it's towbar into me ("didn't see you") but Paintology did an invisible job of the repair, respraying the whole of the front clam and drivers side door (well I was there and he was a good bloke).

Another vote for Option One. They did a brilliant job of my 111R sill which got ripped open.

TVR Power Boday Shop/Revival in Northampton are excellent and they are approved by Lotus I believe.
