2007 Exige alarm problem help

Hi, The alarm on my exige has all of a sudden started going off. It can be ok for a while then all of a sudden the siren goes off with the flashing indicators. Has anyone any idea what might be causing it. Thanks

Do you have a flashing red LED light on the dash when the alarm is armed? When you disarm the alarm after or during the siren going off count how many times the LED flashes (be looking through a window when you disarm), the number of flashes should provide a clue as to what set it off, have a look in your owners manual.
I'd check all the pin switches as well - on my Elise there's one on each of the front inspection panels and one on the boot, the boot one can sometimes come loose in it's fixing and has been known to set the alarm off.
