Elise Door Adjustment??

Hi to everyone!!

The driver's door of my newly-acquired 2004 S2 Elise seems to have dropped a bit and the window hits on the frame when you close the door with the window up. For the door to close correctly, it needs to be lifted up just a bit.

Is there a guide on how to re-adjust the Elise door?

Yes the door alignment can be adjusted by the bolts on the door hinge. Ideally the clam should be pulled forward abit for access, but you may manage it without doing so. I refer you to the Service Manual for more details.

thank you for the response! Could you point to me where can i find the manual and where in the manual is the process explained? i would like to try and do it in my garage, without taking the clam off!
