Cambelt Change

Hi can anybody recommend a garage or person in the North West or North Wales that they trust to change a cambelt on a K series S2 Elise please mine has just reached 30k and just 4 years old I believe it is recommended it be done at 56k or 4 years which ever comes 1st.
