Morning All...

My sister has aquired an Elise S2 and is looking for a regional meeting to attend.

She's based in Derby - does anyone on here have any details of a meeting close by...

Cheers

I'm new to the East Midlands, and have just been invited to a meeting of the Lotus Driver's Club tomorrow evening (Monday 12th), meeting 5:30pm at a pub called the Clock Warehouse at Shardlow, near East Mids. Airport. A drive out is planned, followed by a meal at the pub when they get back.

Apparently the LDC meet first Monday of the month on a regular basis. It will be the first time I've attended myself, but I would guess it's a case of 'the more, the merrier'!

Not a clue, I'm afraid. As I said, I've not been there myself, yet. I looked up Shardlow on AutoRoute, though, and it looks a fairly small village, so I'm just going to drive up and down till I find the place. If anyone spots a racing green S1 looking lost in Shardlow this afternoon, give me a wave!

I know the day of the meeting has passed but if you didn't go, the Clock Warehouse is on the main road through Shardlow which is just off the A50 close to Junction 24 of the M1. You can't miss it. Quite funny on the Saturday of the Donnington event as the whole of the pub car park was full of elises.
P.S I own a silver S1 which is garaged at my girlfriend's just round the corner from Shardlow, but as I work in Leeds I don't get to drive it during the week or attend the meetings.
